Terms & Conditions
To make a confirmed booking, a 50% deposit upfront is required which can either be paid via cheque or BACS transfer (please email me and I will confirm bank account details).
One month prior to your event, I will invoice you by email for the balance payment and to arrange delivery/collection details with you. Email confirmations will be sent when I receive your payments.
Please note, should you need to cancel your booking I can only refund your deposit if we can re-hire the bunting. I also require a separate cheque for £100 which WILL NOT be cashed and will be returned to you when the bunting returns to us in a reasonable condition and on date specified. Unfortunately, this cheque will be cashed if the bunting is returned in a poor condition and late.
The bunting will be sent with basic instructions on how to put it up along with extra cotton ties for fixing purposes. Hopefully the british weather will be kind to you but if the bunting does get wet, please let me know so I can make sure it is laundered straight away to ensure it's 'as good as new' for the next hirer.
To buy bunting:
I will confirm costs of any bespoke bunting by email and require full payment including p&p in advance before making/despatching your order. Payments may be made by cheque or for a speedy service, BACS transfer (bank account details will be sent with email quote).
